Arriving with a heart full of anticipation, I found myself wandering from one wonder to another. I never expected Tokyo could be this deeply fascinating, and my mind was filled with a whirlwind of curious questions... Era Cruise - The Best Part? Your Own Giant Cabin Sailing through Lan Ha Bay is one of those experiences I keep coming back to. I’ve done it a few times now, but honestly? I’d go again in a heartbeat. This time, I hopped on the Era Cruise ,  a cruise that mainly explores the peaceful waters of Lan Ha Bay.   Japan has so many breathtakingly interesting things, even the atmosphere itself leaves one enchanted. And the journey I want to talk about today is to Hakone Shrine (Hakone Jinja), nestled at the foot of Mount Hakone along the shores of Lake Ashinoko . The shrine’s structures are hidden deep within a dense forest, but it is best known for its giant torii gates, one standing prominently in the lake and two others located right on the main street of Moto-Hakone. Leaving the lake from here, a signpost leads you toward the path to Hakone Shrine. Very traditional Japanese symbols like this can be seen along the roadside.
